Our Easy Returns & Refunds Policy
At BN AutoSpares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we can help.
Our 15-Day Guarantee
You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases (if applicable)
Please note: We do not accept returns on any product that has been installed, used, or altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at contact@bnautospares.co.nz. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in the email.
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with specific instructions and the return address in Auckland, New Zealand.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer, or to any address before you receive instructions from us. All returns must come to us at the address we provide.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email notification confirming its arrival. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card), typically within a certain number of days (this timeframe can vary by bank).
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It can take some time for refunds to officially post.
- Contact your bank. There’s often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival or during shipping.
If you receive a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@bnautospares.co.nz first. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
